What is this place?
America’s Backyard is the biggest and best all-American backyard party ever!  Whether you’re in the mood for grillin’ or chillin’, dancin’ or drinkin’ we’re ready for you with our never-ending…ever-changing party!

Just like any great backyard the centerpiece is our pool, except our Pool Bar is filled with bartenders instead of water!  Our backyard party’s got a smokin’ grill and we’re cooking a menu of all-American favorites to satisfy your appetite.  Before the party we shopped for the best beers from around the world so you can choose from over 100 brands at the Tool Shed Bar.  The Smoker Grill perched up there is home to the greatest dance and party DJ’s, so get ready to dance and play in our backyard.  No couple will be able to resist our swings-for-two that we put out near the back of our house, just be careful not to spill your drink.  On the other side of our backyard hedge is the Drive-In Theater Candy Bar with buttery popcorn, and concession-sized candy favorites plus, a giant screen and the comfy front seats.   Upstairs enjoy our beautiful Tequila Bar overlooking the party in the backyard and as an added bonus you’ll be just a couple of steps closer to the stars.  Before you step inside Revolution Live to enjoy a concert or a DJ dance party, look down onto the action on the street below.

How do I get to America’s Backyard in Fort Lauderdale?
We are located at 200 West Broward Blvd just west of Federal Highway (US 1) and about 2 miles east of I-95.  Click here for detailed directions.  You may remember this location in the past as The Chili Pepper, The Edge or Backstreet.  America’s Backyard is behind Revolution Live.

What are your operating hours?
We are open Wednesdays through Fridays from 4:30pm to 4am.  Saturdays and Sundays 8pm to 4am

What is on the menu?
On our All-Night Menu you’ll find that the food will all be familiar and fun all-American backyard party fare such as hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, ribs, wings, skewers, coleslaw and potato salad, fish & chips, plus homemade pizzas.  If we’re open…we’re cookin’!  Our banquet menu is very extensive and features prime steaks, seafood and Italian & Pacific Rim specialties.  Click here to see our All-Night Menu.  Click here to see one of our most popular banquet menus Executive Dinner.

What kind of music do you play?
We play a great mix of contemporary dance hits, familiar retro hits plus some mainstream hip-hop.  It’ll always be songs-you-know-the-words-to.

How do I book a private party, event, birthday party, Bachelorette party or banquet at America’s Bakcyard?

What about parking?
There is an abundance of paid parking lots that surround America’s Backyard.  Each of these lots is independently owned and operated and charge $5-$20 for parking.  The most economical option is the public parking garage that is just east of the railroad tracks on SW 2nd Avenue that costs $4.  We also offer valet parking at various times on SW 3rd Avenue for $10.

Do you have a cover charge?
There is never a cover charge for Broward and Palm Beach County residents.  This does not include special events, holidays or concerts.

Who's going to be there?
The majority of our customers are in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s.  You must be 21 to enter or remain in America’s Backyard. You can expect that throughout the night the crowd gets younger as the night gets later.

What forms of ID are acceptable?
You must be 21 years old to enjoy the nightlife at America’s Backyard and prove your age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Which nights are the best?
Our busiest nights are Friday for Happy Hour, Ladies Night on Wednesday and of course, Saturdays!

Are you hiring?
Yes, we are always looking for energetic people to join the AB Crew. We are accepting applications for all positions. You can apply in person Monday - Friday from 1pm - 6pm or on-line.  In addition to service positions such as bartender, server and cocktail waitress we are also hiring for our sales and marketing department, door hosts and promoters.

What if some of my guests at my private party are under 21 years of age?  Can they stay for the nightlife?
All guests that under the age of 21 that are part of a private party in one of our private areas must leave by 10pm.  After 10pm all guests must be 21 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Do you have an ATM machine?
Yes, we have 2 ATM locations; one near the Tool Shed Bar downstairs and the second is located inside Revolution Live near the main bar downstairs.
